A Fresh Take on Classic Kitchen Design Kitchen located near Ann Arbor

This kitchen transformation focused on maximizing storage, improving flow, and adding warmth without a complete layout overhaul. We replaced the cabinetry with crisp white shaker style cabinets and added smarter storage solutions such as a blind corner cabinet and a convenient trash pull out. By removing the small pantry and relocating it to the hallway, we were able to shift the refrigerator and create a more streamlined walkway beside the peninsula. This also freed up space for additional large drawers and a larger countertop work area. A sleek grey quartz countertop adds contrast to the bright cabinetry, while a textured light blue backsplash brings personality and color. The new buffet area with a warm wood top and striking blue cabinetry serves as both a functional storage piece and a stylish focal point. It also provides the perfect spot for the client’s TV at just the right viewing height. To tie the entire space together, we installed luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the kitchen, living, and dining areas. This choice offers durability, easy maintenance, and a cohesive inviting feel. The result is an airy, light filled kitchen that blends timeless style with improved usability and is perfectly tailored to the client’s needs.
