Turn of the Century Bath Update Bathroom located near Ann Arbor

This is the only bathroom in our client's home so efficiency in meeting deadlines was crucial. The old bathroom was mostly all original to this early 1900s era home. The cast iron oval tub awkwardly stuck out into the room with a shower curtain surrounding all 4 sides.

Shannon went to work on redesigning the footprint for this space. She reimagined this space with a large walk-in shower, frameless glass enclosure, a new vanity, quartz countertop, and in floor heat.
