As entrepreneurs growing a business, this family needed a communal space for their employees to gather, another space for groups to work in, and updated storage options.
DreamMaker re-imagined the lower level of the garage, the basement, and laundry space into separated areas with lots of new lighting and storage. The "makerspace" now boasts enough room for a CNC, several worktables, and a 3D print station. The bonus game room is only accessible through a secret door that is disguised as a bookcase. The new living area in the adjacent room now boasts new windows and doors, a gorgeous bathroom, bright laundry, a workout space, kitchenette, and enough room to seat twenty people comfortably.
