One of our Delta faucets had a recent issue, but Nick went above and beyond in responding to it-- coming out, and guiding me on working with Delta for replacements. He has worked really hard at trying to get the faucet back in working order, with proactive clear communication and such a pleasant attitude. This shows a genuine commitment to backing up Dreammaker's work.

Overall we were very happy with the original remodel but this door had started to make a racket. He was very timely and professional and got it working right in about an hour.
