DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen Ann Arbor and Exquisite Kitchen Designs of South Lyon Join Forces

One silver lining from the pandemic – at least for contractors – is that many homeowners are looking to do some remodeling in 2021. Both DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen of Ann Arbor and Exquisite Kitchen Designs of South Lyon have been blessed with a lot of incoming projects recently.

In order to better respond to these new inquiries, and to continue to provide current customers with the level of service they’ve come to expect, DreamMaker and Exquisite Kitchen Designs are joining forces!

As of March 1, 2021, Exquisite Kitchen Designs became a new DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen location.

Why did this merger happen?

After meeting Matt and Marsha Calus, the owners of Exquisite Kitchen Designs, DreamMaker owners Lee and Brenda Willwerth could see a tremendous synergy between the two businesses.

Exquisite Kitchen Designs is known for their exceptional customer service, reputation, and most importantly, their designs, but Matt and Marsha needed more support for their growing business. Meanwhile, DreamMaker Ann Arbor had been looking to expand their service area. Merging with a well-respected and established local business helped DreamMaker open a new area, with very few marketing or infrastructure needs. And, as a 16-year old company, DreamMaker already had processes (and employees) in place to help manage sales, production, purchasing, accounting and  payroll, marketing, hiring, and training – so it was a win-win for everyone.

Now, Marsha will lead the DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen design team, and Matt will lead the operations staff for both locations. The only change you may see in the next few weeks is new DreamMaker signage on the Exquisite Kitchen Designs building in South Lyon. Everything else remains the same!

Will I be able to go to either DreamMaker location to talk to someone about a project?

Yes! DreamMaker has been working diligently over the past two years to align all of their software and operational systems into one cloud-based access point. Even if a customer starts their remodeling journey in South Lyon, virtual meetings or in-person meetings can be arranged in Ann Arbor, and vice versa.
